I have been working on personalized pillows that are made out of felt and then stuffed with polyester fibrefill. They have been a big hit on my Facebook group . Please feel free to join. I keep all my crafty items there and there is a link directly to my Etsy shop.

So, I decided to redo the wedding card. I wanted to do something that would be a little more appealing for most people. Dark purple just didn't cut it. LOL I think that light blue is much safer. =) I also changed the style of card. I like that it opens in the middle and is a little different then the rest, although now I see that the colors are similiar to that in another card we are going to be doing.

Next up is the Fun & Fast Notes set. I like the first two, but am not sure about the last one. I love the color purple, but am not sure if it is too dark for a wedding card. What do you think?

I finally started working on cards for this weekend's upcoming workshop I am holding. I started with the Wagon Full of Fun set b/c it was the first time I had a chance to work with it. I must say that I really love this set! =) This is what I came up with:

I worked on some tooth fairy pillows at the Earth Day event today. Can you see a pattern in my three designs?? I think I am unconsciously anticipating my flowers coming up in the flower beds. I honestly did not realize at the time that I was only doing designs with flowers. LOL What do you think?? (I have them posted on my Etsy site if you are interested in purchasing them. =) They are $5 each.)

I finished school at 5:45pm today! Woo Hoo! I am off until May 30th when I start Art class. It will be nice to have the next month off, although I will be supply teaching in the meantime.

I know that I promised some new cards over the weekend, but that did not happen. I have been working at the local Farmer's Market since January where I sell hair clips, diaper cakes, cards and various felt crafts. I sell my handmade items each Saturday. This past weekend, I was offered a table at the Earth Day celebration that will be occurring on Sunday. There will be over 800 people attending, so how could I say no to that?? Having said yes, I needed to get some more clips made b/c I have not been making many lately. Wish me luck! Hopefully sales will be good! =)

Woo Hoo!!!! My last presentation is this evening and I'm so happy about that. There are only 3 more class days left and I can get back to teaching. I have missed the children soooo much and I cannot wait to get back on the 20th!

I'm also feeling a lot better today. My voice sounds a little funny, but I feel great, so that is all that matters, right?? =)

Now that schoolwork is done, I plan on getting back to the crafts. Oh, how I have missed thee in the past few weeks! I have a workshop to plan for on the 25th, so I need to come up with some designs for that. Wheeeee!
